Salton Double Induction Cooktop

Induction heats the pan itself, so the energy goes into your food instead of the air around the stove. Set an induction-ready pot on the glass and it starts heating. Lift it off and the heating stops.

THREE NEW FEATURES: Pause stops the heat when you need to step away. Keep Warm holds a finished dish at serving temperature until everyone sits down. A hot surface indicator warns you when the glass is still hot from the pan, so nobody touches it by accident.

Turn the dial at the front to pick from 8 temperature settings between 60°C and 240°C (140°F to 465°F). It has 1800 watts of power and a timer that runs up to 3 hours, so it can melt chocolate gently or bring a big pot of pasta water to a boil. An induction tester comes in the box so you can check your cookware before you start.
